I received these caramels as a gift. I was amazed how the caramels did NOT get crusty and hard after a few days in our dry desert which most confections do! They are the perfect combo of sweet and a hint of salt. Will be reordering!

I ordered the Cabrillo basket and thought it needed one more sweet something. I love carmels so I added the carmels. I sent out 3 baskets and each business commented on the carmels! And how delicious they "were"!

So good! I can't believe I hadn't heard of Jessica Foster confections before! The honey makes the caramels super soft (no hard chewy parts) and the combination of salt vs sweet makes these caramels delicious!
