The winery maintains Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) standards. The Serena winemaker is Ermes Busetto who has over 30 years of winemaking experience. Mr. Ermes Busetto received training at the prestigious Oenological School Cerleatti in Conegliano. Mr. Ermes Busetto is a member of the member of the elite Prosecco DOC Tasting Commission.
